Renovation & specialist flooring services
Everything below starts the same way — a free site visit and a written quote covering every trade the job needs.
Construction & renovations
Structural work & full renovations
The structural work that everything else sits on — done properly, from feature walls to full room renovations.
- Full room and open-plan renovations, structure to finish
- Brickwork, feature walls and internal alterations
- Plastering and general structural repairs
- Coordinated with every other trade the job needs, under one quote
Painting
Interior & exterior painting
A fresh coat only lasts if the surface underneath is sound — we prep first and paint second.
- Walls, ceilings, cornices, skirtings, doors and window frames
- Exterior walls, fascias and gutters — including harbourside and commercial buildings
- Washing, sanding, filling and priming before top coats
- Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, site cleaned daily
Tiling
Floor & wall tiling
Proper screeding first, then tiling laid straight and grouted cleanly.
- Floor and wall tiling for kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- Screeding and levelling before tiles go down
- Old tiling stripped back where a floor needs starting fresh
- Waterproofing built in under wet-area tiling
Flooring
Laminate, vinyl & herringbone installs
Old flooring removed, the sub-floor levelled, and the new floor laid tight — herringbone included.
- Laminate and vinyl flooring, including herringbone patterns
- Old flooring removed and the sub-floor levelled before the new one goes down
- Skirting and transition strips finished properly at the edges
- Straight, tight joints — no gaps to catch dirt or lift later
Decorative & industrial epoxy flooring
Metallic resin floors & heavy-duty coatings
A finish most renovation teams don't offer — decorative metallic epoxy for homes, and heavy-duty coatings for warehouses and commercial floors.
- Decorative metallic resin floors for living areas and feature rooms
- Heavy-duty epoxy coatings for warehouse and commercial floors
- Proper surface prep and priming so the coating actually bonds
- Applied and finished on site — no outsourcing to a separate supplier
Waterproofing
Waterproofing done before the finish, not after
Wet areas, screeds and roofs waterproofed properly underneath, so the tiling or coating on top actually stays put.
- Wet-area waterproofing under bathroom and kitchen tiling
- Screeds and floors waterproofed before an epoxy or resin finish
- Upstands and wall junctions properly bonded, not just sealed over
- Leaks traced to the actual source before any coating goes down

Common questions
How do I get a price?
Call, WhatsApp or send the quote form. We arrange a free site visit and email a written, itemised quote covering every trade the job needs.
Do you do the whole renovation, or just one trade?
Either. Some clients just need painting, tiling or an epoxy floor; others want the whole job — structure, tiling, flooring and finishes — coordinated as one project.
What's the difference between decorative and industrial epoxy flooring?
Decorative metallic epoxy is a feature finish for living areas, done for looks as much as durability. Industrial epoxy is a heavy-duty coating for warehouse and commercial floors, built to take foot and forklift traffic. We do both.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on scope — a single room repaint is days, a full renovation is weeks. Your quote includes a realistic timeline, and we keep you posted if anything shifts.
Is the workmanship guaranteed?
Yes, across every trade we do — construction, painting, tiling, flooring, epoxy coatings and waterproofing.
Do you take deposits?
For larger jobs, a deposit covers materials, with the balance due on completion once you've walked the work with us. Terms are set out on the quote.
